222. a new meditative technique

the guru invented a new meditative technique, and he shared it with his students.

immediately, they began to ask questions, “should we cross our legs while we’re doing it?”

“should we hum or be silent?”

“will it improve our focus?”

“will it increase our bodhi?”

finally, the guru exclaimed, “every time i try to show you something, all i get in return are questions. forget it. forget my new technique. that’s my answer. goodbye.”
