while wandering through the woods, the tortoise found an abandoned temple.
he wandered inside it and found a sunflower.
she looked lost, afraid, and incredibly tasty.
she said, “you’re going to eat me?”
the tortoise shook his head. “no, i will save you. climb onto my back.”
and the sunflower climbed onto the tortoise’s back, but the moment she did, he found himself alone in the woods.
had he rescued the sunflower, or merely dreamt it?
had he dreamt everything in this world?
